Target populations:
Female sex workers and their clients (Clients esp. transport workers, rickshaw
pullers, factory workers, army/police, traders, migrant males, stone breakers,
students etc.), PLHA & Caregivers, Migrant Workers.

Bara, Parsa, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahottari and Dhanusa).
