Nepal is a mountainous country, 85% of
-which is covered by snow mountains, mid hills and deep
valleys. many tourists visit Nepal to trek through the
beautiful trekking regions. One need not be a mountaineer or
an athlete to be a trekker. Anyone with a pair of strong
legs and the spirit for adventure to explore the exotic can

in the interior of the country follows ancient trails, which
meander through the scenic riverbeds, intricately terraced
fields and the forested ridges connecting picturesque
hamlets and mountain villages. There are different
approaches to trekking in Nepal and the choice depends on
time available, budget, experience and personal preference.

fully equipped trek consists of essential arrangements
including porters, guide, cook, food, tents, sleeping bags.
